Place a whole Wild Hibiscus Flower Bud in the bottom of a glass and fill with bubbly. The bud will begin to open when carbonated liquid is added.

Hibiscus Gin Cocktail
- 2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. lemon juice (the juice of about 1/2 a lemon)
- 1 oz. syrup (hibiscus, from Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup)
- tonic water
- 2 slices lemon
- 1 hibiscus (flower from Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup)
- blend and enjoy
